Das fein gehackte Gem\u00fcse in Butter and\u00fcnsten, Gew\u00fcrze darunter mischen und anbr\u00e4unen, in die Br\u00fche geben. Zirtonenschale, Zitronensaft, Sojasauce, Sherryessig und beide \u00d6lsorten dazu geben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Den zerkleinerten Speck in einer Pfanne hellbraun ausbraten und mit dazugeben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Auf kleiner bis mittlerer Flamme mindestens 45 Min k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis sich die Sauce auf ca. \u00bc der Menge reduziert hat und dickfl\u00fcssig ist. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
