Pfeffer<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">4 St\u00fcck Alufolie ca. 30 X 30 cm mit der gl\u00e4nzenden Seite nach oben legen und die Mitte leicht ein\u00f6len. Die Fischfilets darauf legen, salzen und pfeffern, Tomatenscheiben, Paprika und Zwiebel darauf verteilen. Kapern und geh. Petersilie dr\u00fcber geben und mit jeweils 1 TL Zitronensaft und 2 TL \u00d6l betr\u00e4ufeln.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?attachment_id=534\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-534\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-534\" alt=\"baked[1]\" src=\"http:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/baked1.jpg\" width=\"270\" height=\"170\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Fischfilets in die Folie einschlagen und die P\u00e4ckchen im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 200 \u00b0C in ca. 15 Min backen. Danach aus dem Ofen nehmen und noch 5 Min. unge\u00f6ffnet ziehen lassen. <b>Vorsicht<\/b> beim \u00d6ffnen der Folie!
