{"id":515,"date":"2012-12-28T15:13:29","date_gmt":"2012-12-28T14:13:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=515"},"modified":"2012-12-28T15:13:43","modified_gmt":"2012-12-28T14:13:43","slug":"gegrillte-schweinerippchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=515","title":{"rendered":"Gegrillte Schweinerippchen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">F\u00fcr ca. 6 \u2013 8 Personen<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ca. 3 Kg Schweinerippchen am St\u00fcck!!!<br \/>\n1 EL Salz, 1 El frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer, 1 El getrocknete, zersto\u00dfene rote Chilischoten, 500 ml Sherry-Essig, 2 fein gehackte Stangen Sellerie, 1 entkernte und fein gehackte gr\u00fcne Paprikaschote, 1 mittelgro\u00dfe Zwiebel- feingehackt, 500 ml Sangrita oder \u00e4hnlich scharfe W\u00fcrzsauce, 2 Dosen \u201ePizzatomaten\u201c \u2013 zerdr\u00fcckt, 1 \u00bd Cup braunen Zucker, Saft und Schale von zwei gro\u00dfen (unbehandelten) Zitronen (Bio-Laden),<br \/>\nSalz, Pfeffer, zersto\u00dfene Chilischoten mischen und damit die Schweinerippchen einreiben. In einem gro\u00dfen Gef\u00e4\u00df mit dem Sherry-Essig und der W\u00fcrzsauce (Sangrita) \u00fcbergie\u00dfen und \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank marinieren.<br \/>\nBackofen auf ca. 180\u00b0 C erhitzen, Schweinerippchen im tiefen Backblech unter mehrmaligem Wenden braten. Mit Ahornsirup bepinseln, Temperatur auf 200\u00b0 C erh\u00f6hen und die Rippchen in einen hohen Br\u00e4ter geben und weitere 15 Min. schmoren lassen.
