Nicht zu hei\u00df werden lassen, die Flomen sollen nicht zu dunkel werden! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">In der Zwischenzeit die Koteletts mit den vermengten Gew\u00fcrzen kr\u00e4ftig einreiben und im Mehl wenden. Die Flomen aus dem Speckfell entfernen und die Koteletts auf beiden Seiten anbr\u00e4unen, herausnehmen und beiseite stellen. Zwiebel und Paprika in Ringe schneiden und in der Pfanne anbraten.Koteletts darauf legen und Zitronenscheiben und Wasser dazugeben (ca. 1 cm hoch in der Pfanne, Koteletts sollen <b>nicht <\/b>bedeckt sein). Auf kleiner Flamme zugedeckt ca. 1 bis 1 1\/2 Std. k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Fleisch sehr weich ist. Eventuell etwas Wasser nachgie\u00dfen.
