Ananassaft, \u00bd Cup feingew\u00fcrfelte Zwiebeln, \u00bd TL gehackte Limonenschale, 2 EL frischen Limonensaft (1-2 Fr\u00fcchte), 1 TL fein geriebenen frischen Ingwer, 1 EL helle Sojasauce, 2 mittelgro\u00dfe Knoblauchzehen \u2013 fein gehackt, 1 TL (hot pepper oil) \u201ePepperoni \u2013 \u00d6l (kann man selber herstellen! , siehe Extrarezept), 1 TL Oliven\u00f6l oder \u201efl\u00fcssige Margarine\u201c (z.B. Rama Culinesse). <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die Fischsteaks waschen und mit K\u00fcchenkrepp abtrocknen. In einen verschlie\u00dfbaren Plastikbeh\u00e4lter (Dose od. Schale) geben. Die Marinadezutaten miteinander vermengen und \u00fcber den Fisch geben. Im K\u00fchlschrank 15 \u2013 60 Min. marinieren (eher l\u00e4nger, als k\u00fcrzer). Ab und zu mal umwenden. Grill oder Pfanne ein\u00f6len. Fisch aus der Marinade nehmen, abtropfen lassen.<br \/>\nAuf dem Grill oder in der Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 5-7 Min grillen oder braten, dabei mehrfach umwenden. Nicht zu lange (je nach Dicke), da der Fisch sonst trocken wird!<br \/>\nBeilagen nach Belieben.<br \/>\nPro Person (Ohne Beilagen): 169 Kalorien, 21 gr. Protein, 0 gr. Kohlehydrate, 9gr.
