TK.) jeweils ca. 120 gr, 4 EL Limettensaft, 4 EL Oliven\u00f6l, 1 EL+1TL Honig, 1 EL feingehackter frischer Ingwer, Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle. Schnittlauch und Limettenscheiben zum garnieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 EL Limettensaft, 1 EL Oliven\u00f6l, Honig, Ingwer, Salz und Pfeffer mischen. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Lachsfilet waschen und trocken tupfen, mit der Marinade begie\u00dfen und im K\u00fchlschrank mind. 1 Std. kaltstellen. Den Fisch zwischendurch einmal wenden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ofen auf 200 \u00b0C vorheizen, Lauch in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden, gut waschen und mit dem restlichen Limettensaft und 2-3 EL Oliven\u00f6l, etwas Salz und Pfeffer vermengen und auf dem Boden einer feuerfesten Form verteilen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Lachs aus der Marinade nehmen, die Hautseite trocken tupfen und bemehlen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Mit der Hautseite nach oben auf den Lauch geben, einige Butterfl\u00f6ckchen auf den Fisch geben und in ca. 15 Min gar backen.
