Port.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\">8 Zanderfilets\u00e1 ca. 100 gr. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">(frisch oder TK \u2013 Ware) mit Haut, \u00bd Cup fein zermahlene Salzcr\u00e4cker (in TK-Beutel mittels Backrolle), \u00bd Cup Mehl, \u00bc Cup Maismehl, 1-2 Eier verquirlt, 2 EL ausgelassenes Speckfell, 2 EL zerlassenen Schweineschmalz, Salz, Zitronensaft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Zanderfilets waschen und trockentupfen, mit Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln und leicht salzen. Etwas ziehen lassen. Mehl und Maismehl mit einer Prise Salz mischen. Ei verquirlen. Das Fett in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne hei\u00df werden lassen. Die Fischfilets zuerst in dem gemischte Mehl, dann im Ei und<br \/>\ndanach in den gemahlenen Kr\u00e4ckern wenden. Mit der Hautseite nach unten in die Pfanne geben und anbr\u00e4unen, wenden und die Hitze reduzieren. Sobald die andere Seite des Fischfilets gebr\u00e4unt ist, die Filets noch zweimal bei weiter reduzierter Hitze wenden. Gesamtbratzeit ca. 6 \u2013 7 Min.<br \/>\nDazu Petersilienkartoffeln oder Kartoffelsalat und Kopfsalat.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>4.
