Ca. 80 gr Butter, 1 Staude (Bleich)Sellerie, 450 gr Kartoffeln, 2 gro\u00dfe Zwiebeln, 2 Karotten, 4 Cup Wasser (1 l) (oder 2 Cup Wasser + 2 Cup Fischsud \u2013 Fertigprodukt oder selbst hergestellt), 6 Cup Milch (1 \u00bd l), Salz, Pfeffer, 3 EL gehackte frische, glatte Petersilie, 200 gr geriebener K\u00e4se (Emmentaler, Maasdamer o.\u00e4.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Fischfilet in ca. 1 cm W\u00fcrfel schneiden und zusammen mit dem aufgetauten Seafood und den Garnelen (ohne Schale) in der hei\u00dfen, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">aber nicht braunen<\/span>! Butter anbraten. Aus dem Bratfett herausnehmen und darin die in kleine W\u00fcrfel geschnittenen Gem\u00fcse and\u00fcnsten. Wasser bzw. verd\u00fcnnten Fischsud dazugeben und das Gem\u00fcse bissfest garen. Das angebratene (warmgehaltene) Seafood hineingeben, aufkochen lassen, die Milch dazugeben, salzen und pfeffern. Topf vom Feuer nehmen und den geriebenen K\u00e4se hineinr\u00fchren, bis er geschmolzen ist (evtl. noch mal kurz auf die Herdplatte geben, aber nicht mehr kochen lassen!).
