Die Kartoffel und Staudensellerie in ca. 5 mm Kantenl\u00e4nge W\u00fcrfel, die Zwiebel und die Karotte in feine (2 mm) W\u00fcrfel schneiden, den Thymian dazugeben und bei reduzierter Hitze im Speckfett weich schmoren. Mit dem Wasser abl\u00f6schen und das K\u00f6nigskrabbenfleisch dazu geben. Gr\u00f6\u00dfere St\u00fccke evtl. zerteilen. Kurz aufkochen lassen, die Milch dazu geben und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und hei\u00df werden lassen. Die Staudensellerie-Bl\u00e4tter fein hacken, die Speckw\u00fcrfel zerbr\u00f6seln und Beides auf die Suppe (in Tasse od.
