Auch, wenn der\u00a0 \u201eCatfish\u201c\u00a0 inzwischen selbst in Deutschland bekannt ist, gibt es doch viele Arten, die hier immer noch unbekannt sind, und die man hier auch nicht bekommen kann.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">So werde ich in den folgenden Rezepten auf Fischarten zur\u00fcckgreifen, deren Beschaffung kein Problem machen d\u00fcrfte.
