Buttermilch, 60 ml. zerlassene Butter.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Maismehl, Weizenmehl, Backpulver, Natron, Salz und Zucker in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel vermengen. In einer anderen Sch\u00fcssel das Ei mit der fl\u00fcssigen Butter und der Buttermilch mit einem Schneebesen verschlagen. Diese fl\u00fcssige Mischung unter die Mehlmischung r\u00fchren und sorgf\u00e4ltig verkneten.<br \/>\nDen Backofen auf 220\u00b0C vorheizen und darin eine gro\u00dfe gusseiserne Pfanne<br \/>\nerhitzen.<br \/>\n<b>Achtung!!! <\/b> Entweder Pfanne ohne Stil oder mit Metallstiel!!!<br \/>\n<b>Niemals <\/b>Pfanne mit Plastik~ oder Holzstiel verwenden!!! <b>Brandgefahr!!!<\/b><br \/>\nVorgeheizte Pfanne mit der Butter auspinseln, den Teig hineingeben, glatt streichen und in ca. 20 \u2013 25 Minuten goldgelb backen!<br \/>\n<\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Dieses Maisbrot diente als Beilage zu allen m\u00f6glichen Gerichten<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 \u00bd Cup wei\u00dfes Maismehl (US Shop im Internet, siehe Vorwort), \u00bd Cup Weizenmehl, 2 Tl Backpulver, 1 gestr.
