Fleischbr\u00fche, 2 EL gehackte Petersilie, 1 Ei, 2 EL Semmelbr\u00f6sel, Salz, Pfeffer, Thymian, Oregano, Rosmarin, Oliven\u00f6l.<\/p>\n<p>50 gr. Zwiebeln ganz fein hacken, mit dem Ei und den Gew\u00fcrzen vermengen, Hackfleisch dazu geben und miteinander verkneten, Semmelbr\u00f6sel unterkneten und kleine Fleischb\u00e4llchen formen. Diese <b>kurz<\/b> im hei\u00dfen Oliven\u00f6l rundum braun anbraten und zur Seite stellen.<br \/>\nDie restlichen Zwiebeln in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und mit der in W\u00fcrfel geschnittenen Paprikaschote in dem Bratfett glasig schwitzen lassen (kleine Flamme).Tomatenpaprika in W\u00fcrfel schneiden, \u00bd Dose Maisk\u00f6rner im Mixer p\u00fcrrieren. Die Fleischbr\u00fche erhitzen, alle Zutaten (au\u00dfer der Petersilie) in die hei\u00dfe Br\u00fche geben und bei geringer Hitze ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
