Muskatnuss, 1 Tl gem. Zimt, 1 1\/2 Tl Natron, 1\/2 Tl Salz, eventuell, wenn erw\u00fcnscht: 2-3 Tropfen Vanille Backaroma + 1-2 Tropfen Backaroma Zitrone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Den Zucker mit Ingwer~,Zimt~ und Muskatnusspulver, dem Natron und dem Salz mischen. Die Butter zerlassen, den Sirup, mit der Kondensmilch und den Aromen dazugeben und gut verr\u00fchren. Das Mehl langsam, bei st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren einrieseln lassen und gut verkneten. Sollte der Teig noch nicht so fest sein, da\u00df er <i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">nicht mehr<\/span><\/i> an den Fingern klebt, evtl. noch etwas Mehl dazugeben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die H\u00e4lfte des Teiges in Folie gewickelt k\u00fchl halten. Die andere H\u00e4lfte auf bemehlter Fl\u00e4che auf ca. 5 mm Dicke ausrollen, die Oberfl\u00e4che auch mit Mehl best\u00e4uben und rund Pl\u00e4tzchen ausstechen [ca. 5 cm (\/) ] und mit ca. 2 cm Abstand auf das gefettete Backblech setzen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Bei vorgeheiztem Ofen auf mittlerer Schiene bei ca. 190\u00b0C\u00a0 in etwa\u00a0 10 &#8211; 12 Min ausbacken. Auf leichten Druck sollten sie die Form behalten, also nicht mehr nachgeben!
