Margarine, 30 gr Kakao, 180 gr Zucker, 2 Eier, 60 gr Mehl, 60 gr gehackte Pecann\u00fcsse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Zum Verzieren etwas Zucker, Schokoladenglasur und sch\u00f6ne halbierte Pecann\u00fcsse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">60 gr Butter zerlassen und mit dem Kakao glatt r\u00fchren. Restliche, weiche Butter (120 gr) mit dem Zucker cremig r\u00fchren. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die Eier mit einem R\u00fchrger\u00e4t kr\u00e4ftig aufschlagen und unter die Butter-Zuckermasse r\u00fchren. Die Kakao-Butter, die Pecann\u00fcsse und das Mehl mit dem R\u00fchrger\u00e4t untermischen und in eine ausgefettete viereckige Backform geben und bei milder Hitze &#8211; 150\u00b0C &#8211; auf mittlerer Schiene in ca. 45 Minuten gar backen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Noch hei\u00df mit dem Zucker bestreuen und in der Form ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Den Kuchen in kleine Quadrate &#8211; H\u00f6he = Kantenl\u00e4nge &#8211; schneiden, mit Schokoglasur bestreichen und die halben Pecann\u00fcsse in die Glasur dr\u00fccken. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Sofern keine Schokoglasur gew\u00fcnscht, kann man die halben N\u00fcsse auch mit in etwas warmen Wasser gel\u00f6stem Puderzucker\u00a0 &#8222;ankleben&#8220;.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>180 gr Butter od.
