Zimt, 1\/3 Tl Nelkenpulver, 1\/2 Tl\u00a0 Muskatpulver, 2 EL Kirschwasser, 375 gr Mehl, 5 gr Hirschhornsalz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Zum Bestreuen: 2-3 El Kaffeesahne, 1 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker, 1 Beutel Mandelbl\u00e4tter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Den Honig im Wasserbad gut fl\u00fcssig werden lassen, aber nicht erhitzen! <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Das Hirschhornsalz im Kirschwasser glatt verr\u00fchren und beiseite stellen. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Mehl mit den anderen Zutaten gut vermengen und mit dem Honig zu einem Teig verarbeiten. Das im Kirschwasser aufgel\u00f6ste Hirschhornsalz unterkneten und den Teig kr\u00e4ftig durchkneten!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Auf einem gefetteten Backblech den Teig gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen, mit der Kaffeesahne bestreichen und mit Vanillezucker und den Mandelbl\u00e4ttchen bestreuen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Im vorgeheizten Backofen &#8211; 180\u00b0C &#8211; auf mittlerer Schiene ca. 20-25 Min hellbraun backen und den noch hei\u00dfen Kuchen auf dem Backblech in Portionsst\u00fccke schneiden.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>250 gr.
