Muskatnu\u00df in eine Sch\u00fcssel sieben, die Haferflocken zuf\u00fcgen.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\">In einer zweiten Sch\u00fcssel Butter und den braunen Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren, Eier und Buttermilch dazugeben und mit dem Schneebesen gut schlagen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">In der Mitte des Mehls eine Vertiefung eindr\u00fccken und die Eiermasse hineingeben, alles zu einem dicken Brei verarbeiten.
