Abk\u00fchlen lassen. Alle trockenen Zutaten miteinander durchsieben und die abgek\u00fchlte Buttermischung auf die Mehlmischung gie\u00dfen und alles gr\u00fcndlich zu einem glatten Teig verr\u00fchren. Zitronenschale und Eier zugeben und unterr\u00fchren. Den Teig in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Kastenform f\u00fcllen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Auf mittlerer Schiene bei 160-180\u00b0C ca. 60-75 Min backen. Mit dem Finger die Oberfl\u00e4che leicht eindr\u00fccken, wenn keine Delle zur\u00fcckbleibt, ist der Kuchen gar.
