Auf ca. 1 \u00bd Cup reduzieren (einkochen) lassen, abseihen und warm halten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">In der Zwischenzeit das in W\u00fcrfel geschnittene Fleisch salzen und pfeffern und sofort im hei\u00dfen Fett anbraten. Die gew\u00fcrfelte Zwiebel dazugeben, anbr\u00e4unen lassen. Erst dann das Currypulver \u00fcber das Fleisch streuen, kurz durchschwenken, damit es nicht bitter wird und mit dem Wildfond abl\u00f6schen. Zugedeckt im Topf ca. 1 \u00be Stunde kochen lassen. Der Deckel sollte gut schlie\u00dfen, damit nicht zuviel von der Fl\u00fcssigkeit verkocht! Den kleingeschnittenen Apfel hinzuf\u00fcgen und ohne Deckel weiterkochen, bis die Fl\u00fcssigkeit soweit reduziert ist, dass das Fleisch davon gerade noch bedeckt ist.
