Fleisch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Nieren vorher s\u00e4ubern (und f\u00fcr europ\u00e4ischen Geschmack: in Buttermilch mindestens 2 Stunden einlegen und danach gut absp\u00fclen).<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Leber und Nieren kurz in Fett anbraten aus dem Topf heraus nehmen und beiseite stellen.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Zunge, Herz und die Steak-W\u00fcrfel zusammen mit Zwiebelw\u00fcrfeln anbraten,\u00a0 Kartoffelw\u00fcrfel, Tomaten~ und Paprikaw\u00fcrfel, Mais und kleingeschnittenes Gem\u00fcse dazugeben und anschmoren. Mit Bouillon auff\u00fcllen und <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> auf kleiner Flamme<\/span><\/b>\u00a0 garen lassen! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Wenig und sehr vorsichtig umr\u00fchren!<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Wenn die Fleischw\u00fcrfel weich sind, die Leber~ und Nierenw\u00fcrfel mit hineingeben. <\/span><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Erst jetzt<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> mit Salz und Pfeffer\u00a0 evtl.
