Art).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pellkartoffeln kochen, Zwiebel klein w\u00fcrfeln und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker w\u00fcrzen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Rinderbr\u00fche (Pulver) aufgie\u00dfen. Sherry-Essig mit Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Wasser vermischen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die abgeschreckten, noch hei\u00dfen Kartoffeln pellen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Mit ca. 5-6 EL Br\u00fche \u00fcbergie\u00dfen und mischen. Ca. 10-15 Min. durchziehen lassen, dabei ein bis zwei mal mischen. Danach den Essig dazugeben und durchmischen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Mindestens 1 Stunde ziehen lassen, dabei \u00f6fter durchmischen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 Gew\u00fcrzgurken, 1 eingelegte rote Paprikaschote und 1 \u20132 eingelegte milde gr\u00fcne Pfefferschoten in W\u00fcrfel, bzw.
