{"id":285,"date":"2012-12-28T13:52:22","date_gmt":"2012-12-28T12:52:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=285"},"modified":"2012-12-28T13:52:22","modified_gmt":"2012-12-28T12:52:22","slug":"mango-kuchen-mango-bread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=285","title":{"rendered":"Mango \u2013 Kuchen (Mango Bread)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 Cup Weizenmehl, 2 Tl Natron, 1 EL gemahlener Zimt, \u00bd Tl Salz, 1 \u00bd Cup braunen Rohrzucker, 2 Cup gew\u00fcrfelte reife Mango, \u00be Cup Rosinen, \u00be Cup gehackte Macadamia-N\u00fcsse, 3 Eier, \u00be Cup Maiskeim\u00f6l, 1 Tl Vanilleextrakt (Aroma).<\/p>\n<p>In einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel den Zucker mit den Eiern, dem \u00d6l und dem Vanilleextrakt mit einem Schneebesen schaumig aufschlagen, die Mangow\u00fcrfel hineingeben.In einer zweiten Sch\u00fcssel das Mehl mit dem Natron, dem Zimtpulver und dem Salz vermengen.Diese Mischung langsam zu der Eier \u2013 Zuckermasse dazu geben und unterr\u00fchren, so dass ein glatter Teig entsteht. Jetzt die Rosinen und die feingehackten Macadamia-N\u00fcsse in den Teig geben und gut vermengen.<br \/>\nDen Backofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen. Den Kuchenteig in zwei Kastenformen von ca. 10 X 20 cm. geben und in der Backofenmitte in ca. 40 \u2013 45 Min. backen.
