{"id":284,"date":"2012-12-28T13:51:08","date_gmt":"2012-12-28T12:51:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=284"},"modified":"2014-09-28T00:17:23","modified_gmt":"2014-09-27T22:17:23","slug":"texanischer-kartoffelsalat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=284","title":{"rendered":"Texanischer Kartoffelsalat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8211; 6 Portionen &#8211;<br \/>\n1Kg. kleine (neue) festkochende Kartoffeln<br \/>\n2 mittelgro\u00dfe rote Zwiebeln<br \/>\n8-10 Cornichons<\/p>\n<p>1 kleine rote Chilischote<\/p>\n<p>1 kleine Dose Mais<br \/>\nSalz, Zucker Sherryessig (oder Balsamico bianco)<\/p>\n<p>Kartoffeln mit kaltem Wasser aufsetzen (!)und in ca. 23 Min gar kochen.<br \/>\nIn der Zwischenzeit Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden, Cornichons in feine Scheiben schneiden, die Chilischote halbieren, entkernen und die wei\u00dfen Zwischenw\u00e4nde entfernen und in ganz feine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<br \/>\nZwiebelw\u00fcrfel in eine gen\u00fcgend gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben, die fein gew\u00fcrfelte Chilischote dazu und leicht salzen und etwas ziehen lassen.<br \/>\nInzwischen aus 1-2 Tl Salz, 3 -5 Tl Zucker dem Essig und Wasser eine gen\u00fcgende Menge an Marinade herstellen.<br \/>\nDie Cornichonscheiben zu den Zwiebeln in die Sch\u00fcssel.<br \/>\nKartoffeln mit Kaltem Wasser abschrecken und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nDann pellen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden, zu den Zwiebeln usw. in die Sch\u00fcssel geben. Marinade aufgie\u00dfen, die Kartoffelscheiben sollen gut bedeckt sein!<br \/>\nMaisk\u00f6rner mit hineingeben und ca. (mindestens) 1 Std., besser 2 marinieren lassen.<br \/>\nDen fertigen Kartoffelsalat in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen, in die Sch\u00fcssel zur\u00fcck geben und mit \u201aJoghurt mit Kr\u00e4utern \u2013 Dressing\u2018 gut vermengen.
