Quadratische Alufolie von 18 cm Kantenl\u00e4nge jeweils mit einem Mangoldblatt belegen, darauf eine Scheibe R\u00e4ucherlachs. Den Fleischw\u00fcrfel darauf geben, mit der zweiten Scheine R\u00e4ucherlachs und dem zweiten Mangoldblatt belegen.
