Maisk\u00f6rner (2 Dosen), Salz, Zucker, \u00d6l.<br \/>\nPaprikaschoten leicht ein\u00f6len (K\u00fcchenpinsel), im hei\u00dfen Backofen (225\u00b0C) von allen Seiten r\u00f6sten, bis die Haut schwarz wird und Blasen wirft. In einen TK-Beutel geben, diesen fest verschlie\u00dfen und die Paprikaschoten darin in ca. 10 Min. abk\u00fchlen lassen. Haut abziehen, Schoten halbieren, entkernen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und salzen.<br \/>\nMais mit der Fl\u00fcssigkeit in einen Topf geben, Paprikaw\u00fcrfel dazu geben, vermengen und bei kleiner Hitze erw\u00e4rmen.
