Rinderhack, 4 mittelgro\u00dfe festkochende Kartoffeln, 1 gro\u00dfe Zwiebel, 2-4 Knoblauchzehen, 1 Dose \u201ePizzatomaten\u201c, 2 EL Oliven\u00f6l, Salz, Pfeffer, Rinderbr\u00fche, frische, gehackte Petersilie.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zwiebel in feine W\u00fcrfel schneiden, die Knoblauchzehen fein hacken. In 2 EL<br \/>\nOliven\u00f6l glasig d\u00fcnsten, das Hackfleisch dazu geben und bei gro\u00dfer Hitze ca. 5<br \/>\nMinuten durchbraten \u2013 dabei st\u00e4ndig r\u00fchren!<br \/>\nDie gesch\u00e4lten rohen Kartoffeln in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden (ca. 1 X 1 cm) und zu dem Hackfleisch dazugeben. Nochmals ca. 5 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze braten lassen. Die Dosentomaten<br \/>\ndazu geben und aufkochen lassen, die Hitze auf kleine Flamme reduzieren und das Ganze mit Salz und frisch gemahlenem Pfeffer abschmecken.Rinderbr\u00fche dazugeben, es soll eine dickfl\u00fcssige Suppe ergeben. * Die Suppe ca. 30 Min. k\u00f6cheln lassen, dabei \u00f6fter umr\u00fchren, evtl. Br\u00fche nachgie\u00dfen. Leicht mit brauner Roux (oder braunem Saucenbinder) andicken und mit Petersilie bestreut servieren.<br \/>\n* Sofern die Suppe als Vorsuppe gegeben werden soll, mehr Br\u00fche dazu geben, so dass es f\u00fcr 6 \u2013 8 Personen reicht.<br \/>\nAls Hauptgericht (mit weniger Br\u00fche) f\u00fcr 4 Personen, dann mit Baguette-Brot servieren.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>500 gr.
