Dose), 1 TL Kr\u00e4utersalz, 1\/2 TL Pfeffer, 1 TL getr. Salbei, 1\/2 TL Knoblauchpulver,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1\/4 Tasse + 2 EL Milch, 1\/4 Tasse + 2 EL passierte Tomaten (Fertigprodukt), 2 verquirlte Eier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Alles, au\u00dfer dem Hackfleisch und den fl\u00fcssigen Zutaten (Eier,Milch,Tomatensauce) in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel gut miteinander mischen, dann die Fl\u00fcssigkeiten dazugeben und zum Schlu\u00df das Hackfleisch untermengen. Die gut vermischte Masse zu einem Laib formen und in Alufolie gewickelt auf dem Rost im Backofen (2. Einschub v. Unten) <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">bei 190 \u00b0C ca. 60 Minuten backen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Danach Alufolie \u00f6ffnen und weitere 20 Min. im abgeschaltetem Backofen nachgaren lassen, bis Oberfl\u00e4che gebr\u00e4unt (hell~ bis mittelbraun) ist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Achtung: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Schmorblech (Br\u00e4ter) zum Auffangen des Bratensafts auf unterster nicht vergessen! Eventuell, wenn Sauce gew\u00fcnscht, mit etwas Wasser f\u00fcllen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Sauce nach Wunsch w\u00fcrzen und zubereiten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die Amerikaner essen sehr gerne <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Kartoffelmus<\/span><\/strong> (Purree) zum <strong>Meatloaf<\/strong>, es passen aber auch andere Beilagen, je nachdem, ob mit oder ohne Sauce.
