Sie m\u00fcssen dabei immer mit Wasser bedeckt sein. In den letzten 30 Minuten das Fleisch hineingeben und mit mitkochen. Die Bohnen abgie\u00dfen. \u00bd l Kochbr\u00fche mit dem Sirup, dem Senfpulfer, dem Salz und der Worcestersauce verr\u00fchren. Das Fleisch in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, eine hacken, die andere mit den Nelken bestecken. Den Backofen auf 180\u00b0 vorheizen. Eine feuerfeste Form mit gut schlie\u00dfendem Deckel mit den Speckscheiben auslegen. Die besteckte Zwiebel darauflegen. Die Bohnen mit den Fleischw\u00fcrfeln und der gehackten Zwiebel mischen, in die Form f\u00fcllen und mit der Sauce \u00fcbergie\u00dfen. Die Form zudecken und das Gericht im vorgeheizten Ofen 1 Stunde garen. Danach den Deckel abnehmen und den Bohnentopf weiter 30 Minuten \u00fcberbacken.
