Die Tomaten h\u00e4uten, entkernen und w\u00fcrfeln, mit der ganz klein gew\u00fcrfelten Chilischote zu den Zwiebeln dazugeben und ca. 3 Min. schmoren. Die verquirlten, gew\u00fcrzten Eier dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen und stocken lassen.
