H\u00e4nchenbrustfilets (ohne Haut und Knochen), \u00bc Ltr. Oliven\u00f6l,<br \/>\n60 ml. frisch gepresster Limettensaft, 1 rote Zwiebel, 4 Knoblauchzehen, 2-3<br \/>\nfrische Chilischoten, 1 Tl. Frischer gehackter Oregano, 3 EL frischer gehackter<br \/>\nKoriander, \u00bd Tl. Salz, 6 Weizentortillas, \u00bd kleiner Eisbergsalat in Streifen<br \/>\ngeschnitten, Salsa, saure Sahne.<br \/>\nIn einer gro\u00dfen Sc\u00fcssel das Oliven\u00f6l mit dem<br \/>\nLimettensaft und dem Salz vermischen. Die Knoblauchzehen zerdr\u00fccken und fein<br \/>\nhacken, die Chili Schoten entkernen und klein hacken, die Zwiebel in halbe Ringe<br \/>\nschneiden und Alles zusammen mit den gehackten Kr\u00e4utern in die Marinade<br \/>\ngeben.<br \/>\nM\u00f6glichst \u00fcber Nacht, aber mindestens 4 Stunden das Fleisch marinieren<br \/>\nlassen.<br \/>\nDas Fleisch aus der Marinade nehmen und gut abtrocknen.<br \/>\nAuf dem<br \/>\nHolzkohlengrill (evtl. auch Gas~ oder Elektrogrill \u2013 dann aber leicht mit<br \/>\nHickory Rauchsalz w\u00fcrzen!) so lange garen, bis das Fleisch auf Druck nur noch<br \/>\nganz leicht nachgibt. Gefl\u00fcgel bitte nur ganz durchgegart genie\u00dfen! Die<br \/>\nH\u00e4hnchenfilets quer zur Faser in Streifen schneiden.<br \/>\nDie warmen Tortillas auf<br \/>\nTeller geben, etwas Eisbergsalatstreifen in die Mitte der Tortillas geben,<br \/>\ndarauf die Fleischstreifen verteilen. Nach Geschmack Salsa, saure Sahne und<br \/>\neventuell geraspelten K\u00e4se dar\u00fcber geben.
