{"id":202,"date":"2012-12-28T12:16:41","date_gmt":"2012-12-28T12:16:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=202"},"modified":"2012-12-28T12:16:41","modified_gmt":"2012-12-28T12:16:41","slug":"fajitas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=202","title":{"rendered":"Fajitas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 Kg Roastbeef, 1- 2 Gem\u00fcsezwiebeln (je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe),<br \/>\n3 &#8211; 4<br \/>\nKnoblauchzehen, 4 EL Zitronensaft, 4 EL Ananassaft,<br \/>\n4 EL Tequila, 6 EL<br \/>\nOliven\u00f6l, ca. 6-10 Scheiben eingelegte Jalape\u00f1o-Chilis, Salz.<br \/>\nDas<br \/>\nRoastbeef zuerst quer zur Faser in ca. 2 cm breite Scheiben und diese dann<br \/>\nsenkrecht in Streifen schneiden.<br \/>\nZerdr\u00fcckte Knoblauchzehen mit dem Zitronen~<br \/>\nund Ananassaft, den gehackten Jalape\u00f1o-Chilis, dem Tequila und 3 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>\nmischen.<br \/>\nIn dieser Marinade die Fleischstreifen ca. 2 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank<br \/>\nzugedeckt durchziehen lassen.<br \/>\nDie Gem\u00fcsezwiebel(n) in ca. 1,5 cm breite<br \/>\nStreifen schneiden und beiseite stellen.<br \/>\n2 EL Oliven\u00f6l in einer Pfanne stark<br \/>\nerhitzen und die Fleischstreifen portionsweise darin nacheinander bei gro\u00dfer<br \/>\nHitze scharf anbraten. Erst nach dem Anbraten salzen! Das Fleisch warm stellen<br \/>\nund im restlichen \u00d6l die Zwiebelstreifen glasig braten, mit dem Fleisch<br \/>\nvermengen und erneut erhitzen.<br \/>\nBeilage: Tortillas, Guacamole, schwarzes<br \/>\nBohnenmus, Eisbergsalatstreifen und Knoblauch-Joghurt (bzw. fertige wei\u00dfe<br \/>\nKnoblauchsauce).<br \/>\nTortilla in der Mitte mit Eisbergsalatstreifen belegen,<br \/>\ndarauf eine Portion Fajitas, Bohnenmus und\/oder Guacamolo und<br \/>\nKnoblauch-Joghurt(Sauce) geben und die R\u00e4nder der Tortillas \u00fcberschlagen<br \/>\n(zusammenfalten).
