{"id":189,"date":"2012-12-28T11:55:45","date_gmt":"2012-12-28T11:55:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=189"},"modified":"2012-12-28T11:55:45","modified_gmt":"2012-12-28T11:55:45","slug":"tamale-pie-with-hashed-venison","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=189","title":{"rendered":"Tamale pie with hashed venison"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">ca. 6 Port.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 Cup Maismehl (das \u201cblue indian corn meal\u201d d\u00fcrfte hier nicht erh\u00e4ltlich sein, normales tut es aber auch), Wasser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 kg Wildfleisch ohne Knochen, 1 Zwiebel, 2-3 Knoblauchzehen, Salz, Pfeffer, Majoran, Paprikapulver, Chili-Pulver, Koriander-Pulver.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 EL Oliven\u00f6l, 1 EL Mehl, 2 Dosen \u201ePizza\u201c-Tomaten, 200 gr. geriebener Cheddar oder Emmentaler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Maismehl mit Wasser zu einem dicken Brei verr\u00fchren und auf kleiner Flamme ca. 25 Minuten unter \u00f6fterem Umr\u00fchren kochen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Das Fleisch (evtl. vom Metzger) durch den Fleischwolf drehen. Feingehackte Zwiebel und zerdr\u00fcckten Knoblauch in \u00d6l anschwitzen, das gehackte Fleisch dazu geben und anbraten. Mit Mehl best\u00e4uben, Pizza-Tomaten dazugeben und mit den Gew\u00fcrzen kr\u00e4ftig abschmecken und dick einkochen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Wenn der Maisbrei gar ist, in eine gebutterte Auflaufform abwechselnd eine Schicht Maisbrei, eine Schicht Fleischsauce bestreut mit K\u00e4se, wieder Maisbrei, Fleischsauce. Die letzte Schicht sollte Maisbrei sein! Im vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 1 Stunde (evtl. mit Alu-Folie abdecken) backen.
