Das grobe Maismehl (Polenta) mit der Melasse vermischen und in die hei\u00dfe Milch einr\u00fchren. So lange kochen, bis der Brei dick wird. Dann vom Feuer nehmen, Zucker, das zerquirlte Ei, Salz, geriebenen Ingwer und Zimtpulver untermischen und gut verr\u00fchren. Die Masse in eine ausgebutterte feuerfeste Form geben und zwei Stunden bei 150 \u00b0C backen. Dann die zus\u00e4tzliche Milch dar\u00fcber geben und weitere 2 Stunden backen lassen.
