Unter den Maisbrei mischen, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren ca. 6-7 Minuten leicht kochen lassen. Die grob gehackten Schalotten dazu geben und unter R\u00fchren weitere 5 Min. kochen lassen.
