Chorizo, 2 Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter, Salz, Pfeffer, 1 Bund Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln.<br \/>\nDas Gem\u00fcse grob W\u00fcrfeln, die Knoblauchzehen fein hacken, die Schweinshaxe in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und die Chorizo in Scheiben.<br \/>\nIn einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne das Gem\u00fcse, die Haxenw\u00fcrfel und Chorizoscheiben \u2013 ohne den Knoblauch \u2013 im \u00d6l leicht anbr\u00e4unen.Den gehackten Knoblauch hinzuf\u00fcgen und noch ca. 1 Min. durchbraten. Das Ganze zu den gegarten Bohnen mit der H\u00e4lfte des Kochwassers in einen Topf geben (Dosenbohnen mit dem Sud)und aufkochen lassen. Mit reduzierter Hitze noch ca. 10 \u2013 15 Min. k\u00f6cheln lassen, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und mit dem Reis servieren<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>8 Port.
