Chorizo (Paprikawurst), 1 mittelgro\u00dfe Zwiebel, 2 Knoblauchzehen, \u00bd gr\u00fcne Paprikaschote, 2 St\u00e4ngel Bleichsellerie, 2 Fleischtomaten, 3 EL Oliven\u00f6l, 500 ml Wei\u00dfwein, 1 Bund glatte Petersilie, 1 Tl Salz, Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle.<br \/>\nDie Muscheln gut waschen und die B\u00e4rte entfernen. Eventuell Seepocken mit einem Messer abschaben. Besch\u00e4digte Muscheln und diejenigen, die sich nicht schlie\u00dfen, gleich aussortieren.<br \/>\nChorizo in ca. 3 mm d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden, die Zwiebel in halbe Ringe, die Knoblauchzehen zerdr\u00fccken und fein hacken, die Paprikaschote in d\u00fcnne, nicht zu lange Streifen, die Tomaten in W\u00fcrfel und den Bleichsellerie in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<br \/>\nDas Oliven\u00f6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf auf kleiner bis mittlerer Flamme erhitzen, die Chorizoscheiben leicht anbr\u00e4unen, Paprika, Bleichsellerie, Tomaten und Zwiebeln dazu geben und einige Minuten and\u00fcnsten. Den Knoblauch einstreuen und noch etwas and\u00fcnsten lassen. Die Gem\u00fcse sollen <b>nicht <\/b>br\u00e4unen.<br \/>\nDie Muscheln in den Topf geben, mit dem Wei\u00dfwein \u00fcbergie\u00dfen, den Topf mit einem Deckel verschlie\u00dfen. Die Hitze erh\u00f6hen und die Muscheln ca. 10 Min. kochen lassen. Nicht ge\u00f6ffnete Muscheln aussortieren, gehackte Petersilie einstreuen. Die Muscheln auf vier Teller verteilen , mit Gem\u00fcse, Chorizo und Sud \u00fcbergie\u00dfen.
