{"id":149,"date":"2012-12-28T11:28:03","date_gmt":"2012-12-28T11:28:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=149"},"modified":"2012-12-28T11:28:03","modified_gmt":"2012-12-28T11:28:03","slug":"huhn-nach-kreolenart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.american-cooking.de\/?p=149","title":{"rendered":"Huhn nach Kreolenart"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">12 mittelgro\u00dfe H\u00fchnerteile (ca. 1 1\/2 Kg), 2 EL Cajun-Gew\u00fcrze, 1\/2 TL getrocknetes Basilikum, 2 TL Paprikapulver (edels\u00fc\u00df) 150 gr Mehl, 3 EL \u00d6l, 350 gr Cajun-Gem\u00fcse, 1 rote Paprikaschote gew\u00fcrfelt, 1 kleine rote Chilischote &#8211; entkernt und fein gehackt, H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche als W\u00fcrfel bzw. in Pulverform f\u00fcr 1\/4 Ltr Wasser, 250 ml saure Sahne, 25 gr Butter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Mehl mit den Cajun-Gew\u00fcrzen,Basilikum und Paprikapulver gut vermengen. Die gewaschenen, abgetrockneten H\u00fchnerteile darin wenden und nach und nach in einer Pfanne goldbraun braten. In der Zwischenzeit das Cajun-Gem\u00fcse mit den Paprikaw\u00fcrfeln und der gehackten Chilischote in 2 EL \u00d6l anbr\u00e4unen und in eine feuerfeste Form f\u00fcllen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die H\u00fchnerteile darauf geben und das Wasser angie\u00dfen. Zugedeckt im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 \u00b0 C ca. 40 Min braten. Die Sahne und die H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche (Pulver od. W\u00fcrfel) dazugeben und verr\u00fchren. Noch weitere 20 Min ohne Deckel braten, dabei darauf achten, da\u00df die H\u00fchnerteile nicht zu dunkel werden! Eventuell mit lose aufgelegter Alufolie bedecken. Zum Schlu\u00df 3 EL des gew\u00fcrzten Mehls in zerlassene Butter einr\u00fchren und Farbe annehmen lassen.
