Pfeffer, 2 TL Salz, 2 TL Zwiebelpulver, 2 TL Knoblauchpulver, 1 TL getr. Thymian, 1 TL getr. Oregano.<br \/>\nThymian und Oregano im M\u00f6rser fein zersto\u00dfen, alle Gew\u00fcrze gut vermischen, Rippchen damit einreiben und mindestens 1 Stunde im K\u00fchlschrank marinieren lassen. Auf indirekter Hitze (Grillplatte) in ca. 45 Min. garen, dabei einmal umwenden. Aufpassen, da\u00df die Rippchen nicht anbrennen, evtl. Hitze reduzieren.<br \/>\nDie Rippchen sind gar, wenn man mit dem Messer zwischen den Knochen einschneidet und kein oder nur wenig rosa noch zu sehen ist.<br \/>\nBBQ~ oder andere Sauce (z.B.
