Die p\u00fcrierten Knoblauchzehen mit dem Oliven\u00f6l vermischen. Steakw\u00fcrfel in ein Beh\u00e4ltnis geben, mit dem Knoblauch\u00f6l \u00fcbergie\u00dfen und einige Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<br \/>\nDie Tortillas im Backofen erhitzen und warm halten. Vom Salatkopf die Bl\u00e4tter abl\u00f6sen, Waschen und Salzen.<br \/>\nDie Steakw\u00fcrfel von allen Seiten anbraten, bis sie die gew\u00fcnschte Garstufe erreicht haben (Daumenprobe).<br \/>\nJeweils einen Steakw\u00fcrfel auf ein Tortilla legen, mit 1 Streifen Chilischote und \u00bd Blatt Salat belegen und die Tortilla aufwickeln.
