Pfeffer.<br \/>\nIn einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne die Butter schmelzen, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch weich d\u00fcnsten, alle anderen Zutaten au\u00dfer dem Fleisch dazu geben und aufkochen lassen. Vom Feuer nehmen und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nDie Fleischrippen auf dem offenen Grill von jeder Seite 1 Min. anbraten, danach in einen Br\u00e4ter geben und mit Deckel oder Alufolie bedecken, aber so, da\u00df der Dampf entweichen kann. Gut 10 Min. braten lassen, dann umdrehen. Die bereits gebratene Seite mit der Marinade bestreichen und weitere 10 Min. braten lassen. Nochmals drehen und andere Seite mit Marinade bestreichen, nach 10 Min. noch einmal drehen und weitere 10 Min. garen.
